Job summary

PT. FABS Indonesia is seeking a capable Project Lead to steer industrial construction projects from early planning through successful handover.

The role focuses on scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and coordinating engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to meet stringent quality and safety standards. You will monitor on-site activities, manage procurement and costs, and ensure compliance with drawings and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial construction projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and construction plans.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, and method statements.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor costs, variations, and contractual matters with finance teams.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal management for smooth execution.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Lead progress meetings and provide reports on schedules and costs.
• Maintain project documentation and handover records.
• Be willing to work at sites outside Jakarta and overseas.
