Job summary

Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk is seeking a Project Lead for Industrial IoT & Managed Services to develop and promote IoT solutions and managed services for industrial clients. You will translate operational needs into measurable tech solutions, prepare pricing, and coordinate surveys, PoCs, and handovers with engineers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, solution sales, project management, or B2B technology services.
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals, scope of work, cost calculations, pricing, and margins; understanding of project, subscription, and managed services contract models, including CAPEX, OPEX, and payback period.
• Basic understanding of IoT architecture, including sensors, gateways, communication networks, platforms, and dashboards.
• Understanding of managed services concepts, including SLA, monitoring, preventive maintenance, incident handling, escalation, and service reporting.
• Able to coordinate projects from survey to handover, including schedule, budget, and vendor management.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and small-team leadership skills; proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with good English skills for reading technical documents and communicating with partners.
• A plus if having: a customer network in manufacturing or industrial estates; experience with smart metering, energy monitoring, CCTV analytics, asset monitoring, or network services; or experience managing recurring service contracts and renewals.

Project Lead - Industrial IoT & Managed Services

The Project Lead - Industrial IoT & Managed Services is responsible for developing the IoT solutions and managed services business for industrial customers, from opportunity identification, needs assessment, and commercial proposal preparation to implementation coordination and ongoing service management. Translate customer operational needs such as energy efficiency, utility monitoring, security, and asset maintenance into measurable technology solutions, prepare pricing and margin calculations, and coordinate surveys, proof of concept, implementation, and handover with engineers and vendors. Ensure SLA commitments are aligned with operational capability, lead a small cross-functional team, and report sales pipeline, project progress, and service performance to management.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, solution sales, project management, or B2B technology services.
