PT. Wijaya Machinery Perkasa is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow our Air Compressor business across Indonesia's manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will visit factories, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable compressed air solutions to expand our market presence and profitability.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in engineering and have experience in air compression or technical B2B sales, with strong communication and willingness to travel across industrial sites.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Air Compressor, Compressed Air Systems, Industrial Machinery, or Technical B2B Sales is preferred.
• Experience selling to manufacturing and industrial customers is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of compressed air systems and customer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customers and grow Air Compressor sales in Indonesia.
• Visit factories, manufacturing, and industrial customers.
• Conduct cold visits, cold calls, networking to open new accounts.
• Build relationships with engineers, maintenance, and plant managers.
• Identify air requirements, operating pressure, and current system conditions.
• Develop opportunities for installations, energy-saving projects, and replacements.
• Recommend oil-injected or oil-free compressors, dryers, filters, and receivers.
• Work with technical team for site surveys and solution design.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Achieve sales revenue, new customers, pipeline, and profitability targets.
