PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a capable professional to join our sales support team. The role focuses on managing cash flow; you will monitor receivables, follow up payments, and generate reports on market conditions to guide sales strategies.

You will keep customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and the sales pipeline up to date; coordinate end‑to‑end order processes, from quotes to delivery and payment, and prepare inspection reports when required.

Competenze

• D3 in Engineering or related majors with GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Fresh graduates eligible for external roles.
• Experience in heavy equipment, mechanic, or sales is a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments.
• Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales.
• Maintain customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline in the system.
• Coordinate order to payment process including PO, invoicing, delivery, and AR collection.
• Prepare inspection reports and present recommendations within 24 hours after inspection.
