Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in engineering, all majors acceptable.
• Fresh graduates with relevant interests considered.
• Experience in heavy equipment, mechanic, sales or service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments.
• Provide market condition reports to support sales strategies.
• Maintain customer data, forecasts, and sales pipeline in the system.
• Coordinate orders from quote to payment and delivery.
• Provide customer quotations based on solutions and pricing.
• Coordinate inquiries and issues during visits with customers.
• Prepare inspection reports and provide timely recommendations.
• Record visits, opportunities, and issues for planning.
• Plan customer visits and inspections to identify needs and opportunities.
• Create visit plans to ensure effective coverage in territory.
