Job summary

Teltonika is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia to drive sales with a hunter mindset. You will target System Integration companies and build strong customer relationships, representing Teltonika’s leading telematics solutions.

The role requires experience in GPS/telematics, strong lead generation, and English proficiency. Hybrid working hours are offered, with opportunities to attend exhibitions and collaborate closely with product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years in B2B hunter sales.
• Experience in GPS/telematics or system integration.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven lead generation and cold calling experience.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in Indonesia by targeting System Integration companies and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation and networking.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers in Indonesia.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet sales goals for Indonesia.
• Represent Teltonika at exhibitions and meetings abroad.
