Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an HR Generalist in Bali to manage end-to-end HR activities, from recruitment to offboarding. You will work with management, communicate in English, and be supported by an external Indonesian labor law consultant.

The role covers recruitment planning, payroll and contract administration, employee records, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, with 1–2 years of HR experience and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor basics: PKWT/PKWTT, BPJS, paklaring, resignation and termination rights.
• Hands-on payroll recaps and contract administration.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Strict confidentiality with employee data.
• Firm, calm communicator, including when raising sensitive issues with management.
• Comfortable with final compensation decisions resting with management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment and manpower planning with job descriptions, postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Payroll & compensation administration and attendance oversight.
• Employee administration: contracts, BPJS, records, offboarding, and paklaring.
• Employee relations: handle feedback, resignations, and non-renewals.
• HR policy & compliance: maintain conduct codes, leave, overtime, with external consultant.
• Advise management proactively on Indonesian employment obligations and risks.
