Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced HRGA Finance Manager in Bali to lead HR operations and financial management. The role covers recruitment, payroll, contract management, and IT support coordination in a dynamic enviroment.

The successful candidate will oversee onboarding/offboarding, performance management and compliance with local regulations, while coordinating with Finance for payroll and tax payments.

Qualifications

• Full spectrum HR responsibilities including recruitment, contract management, onboarding and offboarding, and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts with legal compliance.
• Manage contract renewals and performance reviews with documented goals.
• Prepare payroll data for Finance and ensure timely salary payments.
• Review invoices for accuracy against contracts and invoices.
• Oversee petty cash management and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate government tax payments with Finance consultant.
• Oversee legal documentation and company records.
• Maintain office facilities and vendor relations for maintenance.
• Monitor and manage office inventory and equipment.
