Job summary

H-ostel Bali is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full-cycle talent processes—from posting roles and screening applicants to interviewing and guiding onboarding. You will maintain HR records, support payroll/benefits, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

The role requires 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience, strong Excel/HRIS skills, and a high level of integrity. Collaborative, autonomous, and meticulous professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, HRM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years in HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor law and employment standards.
• Experience in talent acquisition, workplace relations and basic payroll/benefits administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and time-tracking systems.
• High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition—from posting vacancies to screening applicants and conducting interviews.
• Guide new employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the team.
• Maintain accurate HR records including attendance, leave, overtime, and contract extensions.
• Administer payroll data and BPJS registration/management.
• Support performance management evaluations and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with current Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics for executive decision-making and reports.
• Collaborate across departments to facilitate daily HR workflows and company activities.
• Handle ad-hoc HR duties as directed by management.
