FieldAssist in Jakarta seeks a dynamic Senior Solution Specialist to drive software sales across Indonesia. You will own the market from first hello to signed contract, become a product expert, and build lasting client relationships.

You will generate leads, conduct high-impact demos, manage RFIs/RFPs, monitor competitors, and report your pipeline with ownership and impact. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and travel across the region are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in software sales or BD.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and local market know-how.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS is valuable.
• Willingness to travel across regions and build client relationships.

• Own FieldAssist presence in Indonesia from first hello to closure.
• Become a product pro and pitch it effectively.
