Job summary

PT Anta Sports Indonesia Distribution is expanding its offline retail network across Indonesia by securing prime mall locations and managing end-to-end store openings. You will identify target malls, assess site suitability, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely openings.

The role emphasizes strong negotiation with mall groups, relationship-building with leasing teams, and program management to deliver high-impact store launches in line with business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Property, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in retail expansion, store development, leasing or business development with a track record of store openings.
• Experience with sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands with multi-store mall presence is a plus.
• Established relationships with leasing/management teams at major Indonesian mall groups.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and financial acumen; project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target malls and cities to support the annual store openings plan.
• Assess mall quality including traffic, tenant mix, and anchor tenants; prepare site proposals with sales and rental projections.
• Maintain a pipeline of available units and upcoming mall developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with leasing, marketing, and management teams at major mall groups.
• Negotiate lease terms in line with company guidelines; secure prime locations and promotional/event slots.
• Coordinate with Store Design, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations to deliver openings on schedule.
• Track timelines from LOI to lease signing, fit-out, licensing and grand opening; monitor fit-out budgets and escalate risks.
