Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mall Manager for Bodetabek / Outside Jakarta Area in Indonesia. You will lead on-site operations, oversee engineering and maintenance, security, and customer services, and manage vendor contracts, budgets, and service performance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients and tenants, and drive initiatives to enhance the retail environment while maintaining safety and high service standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field is required.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder-management experience in shopping malls or large retail assets.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management and operations of a retail property to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead multidisciplinary property management teams and service providers with clear performance expectations.
• Manage budgets, contracts, procurement, reporting, and compliance to improve asset performance.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify risks and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
