Job summary

PT. Navya Retail Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager in Jakarta to identify and secure strategic retail locations, lead end-to-end leasing, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for new openings, relocations, renewals, and refurbishments.

You will conduct market research and site analyses, evaluate feasibility, negotiate leases, manage landlord relationships, and prepare business cases and reports to support expansion decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/real estate/marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in retail leasing, property management, or expansion projects.
• Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic retail locations aligned with expansion goals.
• Lead end-to-end leasing, including market research, site evaluation, and lease negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute store openings, relocations, renewals, and refurbishments.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and mall managers.
• Prepare business cases and financial analyses for internal approvals.
