Job summary

Ridge Security Technology Inc. is seeking a hands-on Information Security professional with 5+ years in security validation, pentesting and red teaming, plus 3+ years in pre-sales.

You will engage with partners and potential users, articulating benefits of an AI-driven auto-pentest system and delivering results aligned with client expectations. The role requires strong communication skills, independent work style, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the work location in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Information Security experience and 3+ years direct or equivalent pre-sales experience in areas of penetration testing / red teaming / exploit development and vulnerability research.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing principles, tools, techniques and cyberattack stages, risks, threats, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences; Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Leverage subject matter expertise in penetration testing and Red team to articulate benefits of the technology and deliver results.
• Independently organize and conduct regular technical updates, training and enablement for regional partners and users.
• Lead and conduct successful POCs/POVs and presentation of results, managing expectations throughout the process.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge in cybersecurity technologies and keep abreast of adversarial techniques and tool developments.
• Be the first point of contact for technical support from users and partners.
• Provide feedback to the development team on breakthroughs and challenges from engagements.
