Job summary

XDOF Indonesia is seeking a Growth Manager to lead operations and drive partnerships across Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying business partners, distributors, and operational partners to deploy XDOF data-collection programs at scale.

You will manage cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Robotics, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality deployments in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational activities related to data collection projects.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee and ensure the quality and performance of operational teams, including Auditors, Annotators, and Operators.
• Coordinate daily operations and monitor project progress to ensure timelines, targets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Act as the main point of communication with headquarters and stakeholders in the United States and China.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Robotics, Operations, Product, and other internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.
• Prepare operational reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between local and global teams.
