Job summary

Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a Senior Operations Associate in Indonesia to help build our presence from the ground up. You will coordinate across HR-adjacent, administrative, and operational functions with local partners, vendors, and the EOR to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

You’ll navigate ambiguity, implement practical processes, and balance structure with flexibility while developing Indonesia-specific operations, compliance, and stakeholder relations for the program’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (business/administration/public administration).
• Experience in operations or admin roles, supporting new entity setups or international operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory and employment landscape.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the Indonesia program, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
• Coordinate with EOR provider on HR-adjacent logistics without owning formal employment decisions or payroll.
• Support regulatory and administrative requirements with legal/compliance advisors.
• Identify operational challenges and loop in internal teams or external advisors to resolve them.
• Source and manage relationships with local vendors and service providers to meet program needs.
• Support travel and events, including logistics for staff travel and donor meetings.
• Maintain and improve internal operational systems to increase efficiency as the program grows.
