Job summary

Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to help establish our Indonesia program from the ground up. You will coordinate across HR-adjacent, administrative, and operational functions with local partners, vendors, and an Employer of Record to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong organizational instincts, sound judgment, and familiarity with Indonesia's regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in operations or administrative roles, especially in new entity setups or international operations.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks across the Indonesia program, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
• Coordinate with Employer of Record provider on HR‑adjacent logistics without owning formal employment decisions or payroll.
• Support local regulatory and administrative needs with PxD's legal and compliance advisors.
• Identify and flag operational challenges and link to internal teams or advisors for resolution.
• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with local vendors and service providers.
