Job summary

Precision Development (PxD) is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to build our presence in Indonesia from the ground up. You will coordinate across HR-adjacent, administrative, and operational functions, working with local partners, vendors, and the Employer of Record to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• Experience in operations or admin roles, especially with new entity setups or international operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory and employment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across the Indonesia program.
• Coordinate with PxD's Employer of Record (EOR) provider on HR-adjacent logistics, without owning contracts, payroll, or personnel records.
• Support coordination of local regulatory and administrative requirements with PxD's legal and compliance advisors.
• Identify operational challenges and loop in internal/external teams to resolve them.
• Source, onboard, and manage relationships with local vendors and service providers.
• Support travel and events, coordinating logistics for staff travel and program events.
• Maintain and improve internal operational systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Draft, organize, and maintain operational documentation and communications for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve as a coordination point between consultants, partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Handle confidential operational information with discretion and professionalism.
• Contribute to process improvements and best-practice documentation.
