Job summary

CBM 360 TIV Indonesia is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for commercial performance, operational delivery, regulatory compliance, and market expansion. This front-line leadership role carries P&L responsibility and direct ownership of client relationships and technical teams across mining and metals projects.

You will lead revenue growth, contractual negotiations with EPCs and operators, ensure ISO and client standards, and build a safety-first culture while engaging regulators and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor2 degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related)
• 10215+ years in mining, metals, heavy industry, or industrial services
• Minimum 527 years in a senior management or branch leadership role
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial decision-making authority

Responsibilities

• Own branch revenue growth, profitability, and cost control
• Develop and execute market entry and client acquisition strategies for mining & metals
• Lead contract negotiations with EPCs, mine operators, and industrial clients
• Ensure safe, timely, and standards-compliant delivery of inspection, NDT, and asset integrity services
• Oversee deployment of inspectors, engineers, and technicians across sites
• Enforce compliance with ISO, client specifications, and statutory regulations
• Recruit, lead, and retain high-caliber technical and commercial talent
• Set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and enforce accountability
• Build a safety-first, execution-driven culture
• Act as the primary escalation point for key clients
• Maintain long-term relationships with regulators, partners, and industry bodies
• Represent CBM 360 TIV in high-level commercial and technical discussions

Job description

The Branch Manager is fully accountable for commercial performance, operational delivery, regulatory compliance, and market expansion of CBM 360 TIV’s Indonesia operations. This role carries P&L responsibility, direct client ownership, and leadership of technical and commercial teams supporting mining and metals clients.This is not an administrative role. It is a front-line business leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Commercial Leadership

• Own branch revenue growth, profitability, and cost control

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related)
• Postgraduate qualification in Business / Management is a strong advantage
• Certifications related to NDT, Inspection, Asset Integrity, or QA/QC are highly desirable

Experience

• 10–15+ years in mining, metals, heavy industry, or industrial services
• Minimum 5–7 years in a senior management or branch leadership role
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial decision-making authority

  Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Mining & Metals operations
  • Working knowledge of:
    • NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT)
    • Inspection & Asset Integrity framework
    • International standards (ISO, ASME, API, ASTM)
  • Ability to evaluate technical risks and commercial impacts simultaneously

  Languages

  • English – Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
  • Bahasa Indonesia – Mandatory
  • Additional regional languages are an advantage
