Victaulic is seeking a Mining Territory Manager for Balikpapan, Indonesia, to lead growth in Kalimantan's coal and bauxite opportunities, on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will develop revenue, forecast opportunities, train staff, and manage territory coverage with key mining contractors and owners, using Victaulic CRM daily.

A strong B2B industrial background and a network in Kalimantan mining is essential; a track record in piping design and mining process systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a business development, account management, or sales roles, with a strong track record of success in complex B2B industrial environments.
• Established network of contacts within the Kalimantan mining sector - specifically owners, EPCs, and consultants.
• Deep working knowledge of mining process systems, plant infrastructure, and piping design — including process, utility, slurry, tailings, water services, and fire protection pipework.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and generate revenue focused on mining dewatering, tailings and other associated opportunities in the region.
• Convert and establish repeat orders through key mining contractors and owners.
• Develop accurate forecast and opportunity mapping of whole region.
• Maximise opportunities by effective planning, scheduling and managing territory coverage.
• Identify and perform the work which must be done to achieve intended results.
• Assist in training specifier, distributor and contractor staff through promotional meetings.
• Investicate, evaluate and resolve complaints accordingly.
• Keep management advised on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs etc.
• Consult on matters of policy, unusual situations, pricing etc.
• Update internal Victaulic CRM software daily.
• Prepare and submit a weekly report on the territory.
