RecruitGo Careers is seeking a Business Consultant to bridge advisory sales and regulatory compliance for Indonesia. You will engage qualified inbound international leads and guide them through practical realities of expanding into Indonesia.

You will build trust with deep knowledge of market-entry frameworks, including BPOM, Halal, PKRT, KBLI, TKDN, and local licensing. The role is on-site in Jakarta or Bali, with a Monday–Friday schedule and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in management consulting, corporate services, market entry strategy, or advisory focused on Indonesia.
• Proven track record engaging senior international stakeholders and closing high-value advisory contracts.
• Deep familiarity with BPOM, Kemenkes, and Kemendag regulatory pathways for consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion and commercial engagement with inbound international leads.
• Develop tailored regulatory roadmaps for product entry into Indonesia.
• Advise on licenses, local partnerships, and TKDN, KBLI rules.
• Present clear, business-focused proposals to C-level executives.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
