Job summary

RecruitGo Careers is seeking a high-performing Business Consultant in Indonesia to bridge advisory sales and regulatory compliance. You will engage inbound leads, primarily international, and guide them through Indonesia market entry realities, building trust with deep regulatory knowledge.

You will craft end-to-end regulatory roadmaps for product entry, address licenses under PMA rules, BPOM, Halal, TKDN, and coordinate with local partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting or corporate services focused on Indonesia.
• Ability to convert inbound leads to signed contracts through advisory discussions.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken, for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Commercial Engagement with inbound international leads.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals and end-to-end regulatory roadmaps.
• Explain Indonesian regulatory pathways clearly to executives and legal teams.
• Structure product entry plans considering PMA, BPOM, TKDN and local licenses.
