Job summary

Indesso is seeking a compliance professional to manage building approvals and licensing with consultants and internal teams. You will ensure regulatory requirements are met and coordinate across OSS, BKPM, and SIINAS processes.

The role requires a law degree and at least 3 years of government licensing experience in manufacturing, with strong organizational and documentation skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in government licensing or related roles in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with PBG, SLF, KRK, OSS, LKPM, SIINAS, and government licensing processes.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination with internal and external parties.
• Able to manage multiple licensing processes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate PBG (Building Approval) application and licensing processes with consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Handle and coordinate SLF (Certificate of Building Function) processes to ensure buildings meet regulatory requirements.
• Manage the application and processing of KRK in accordance with regional regulations.
• Manage OSS licensing processes, including data preparation and coordination with BKPM and authorities.
• Handle LKPM submissions through OSS with internal data coordination and BKPM consultation when required.
• Manage licensing and reporting through SIINAS, including monthly surveys, quarterly reports, KBLI verification per KBLI 2025.
• Coordinate with relevant government agencies.
• Manage Uji Riksa / inspection and certification processes, such as fire safety certifications, coordinating with internal teams and authorities.
• Maintain and manage a document database and filing system for building-related documents and licenses.
• Provide support during surveys/inspections/visits by local government agencies, including data provision.
