Job summary
AMK Technology is seeking an experienced Network & AV Field Engineer to join our Indonesia-based Managed IT Operations Support contract. You will own operational workflows, perform hands-on troubleshooting, manage incidents, and ensure SLA targets across enterprise IT environments.
You'll collaborate with regional teams and vendors, monitor KPIs, maintain documentation, and uphold ITIL practices while delivering reliable technical service to end-users on site in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT operations, technical support or engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of Network & AV field engineering and ITIL practices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and enterprise support workflows.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service orientation.
- Must be based in Indonesia and able to work on contract basis.
- Immediate or short notice availability.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Execute operational workflows and technical duties as Network & AV Field Engineer.
- Maintain SLAs, operational targets, and KPIs.
- Manage incident escalation and rapid service restoration.
- Coordinate with regional field teams, IT management, and vendors.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and service enhancements.
- Ensure security/compliance adherence and maintain logs and tickets.
