RecruitmentLead full-cycle recruitment efforts for the Indonesia officeImplement effective HR strategies and provide holistic perspective on talent alignment to the business strategy, with a focus on recruitment and talent developmentServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends and recruitment best practices2. Local People OperationsExecute local HR administration consistently and accurately, ensuring information from Singapore HR is complete and correctly applied (e.g. new hire orientation, employee queries, training records)Apply policies and statutory requirements consistently, and flag changes in local law or practice to HQ HRServe as the country office's key contact for payroll, working with the Payroll lead to ensure complete and timely data and documents for each monthly runMaintain accurate, up-to-date personnel files and employee recordsDeliver the tactical elements of employee engagement, policies and practices, including documentation across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, offboarding)Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned3. HR Business PartneringPartner with HQ HR teams and local business functions to design and deliver practical solutions to business challengesAdvise the GM and local leaders on people strategy, organisational needs and executionUse people data and analytics to guide decision making and raise issues before they escalateDrive performance management, recognition and career development programmes in partnership with business unitsRecommend localisation of HQ policies where local law or market practice requires itAct as the local voice of the business to HQ HR, and as the local face of HQ HR to the businessundefinedQualifications/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred6 to 8 years of HR experience, including generalist or HRBP exposure and hands-on operationsAt least 2 to 3 years as a sole or lead HR practitioner, or as an HRBP with direct ownership of local statutory processesHands-on experience with Indonesian manpower regulations and practices, including Company Regulation, employment contracts (PKWT and PKWTT), BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan, THR, mandatory workforce reporting (WLKP), and severance processesExperience updating HR policies, contracts and processes in response to changes in employment law, ideally including the 2023 Job Creation Law or the 2024 Constitutional Court rulingExperience supporting a senior business leader on people matters, with the confidence to give candid adviceProficiency with HRIS (Workday experience is an advantage) and Excel-based reportingFluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spokenExperience in a multinational or regional subsidiary environment is preferred
