Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity seeks a Manager, Human Resources to lead Indonesia HR initiatives across recruitment, local people operations and HR business partnering. You will align talent with business strategy and oversee core HR processes, including onboarding, payroll liaison, and lifecycle records.

The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations, policy updates, and HR analytics; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; and the ability to partner with leadership and HQ HR to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 6–8 years HR experience.
• Experience as sole HR practitioner or HRBP with local statutory ownership.
• Knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and HR policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Indonesia office and advise on talent market trends.
• Execute local HR administration, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle management.
• Partner with HQ HR and local leaders to shape people strategy and analytics.
