Job summary

Prysmian Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Indonesia HR Manager to lead the country HR agenda, shape organization design, and drive talent, performance, and engagement across operations. You will partner with the Commercial Director and Plant Director, ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and manage compensation, payroll, and HR governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Law, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in MBA, HR, Law or related field preferred.
• Professional HR or industrial-relations certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including country leadership.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, collective agreements, and compliance.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into country HR strategies for performance and capability.
• Advise Commercial/Plant Directors and leadership on org design, workforce planning, and talent.
• Lead industrial relations including unions, negotiations, disputes, and compliance.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and labour cost management.
• Drive performance culture with reviews, calibrations, and rewards programs.
• Develop talent pipelines, onboarding, development, and succession plans.
• Enhance employee engagement, feedback programs, inclusion, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure HR governance, policies, and documentation meet laws and standards.
• Manage HR operations, General Affairs, and security for reliable service delivery.
• Provide evidence-based management insights through analytics and reporting.
• Lead the country HR team and connect Indonesia to global HR initiatives.
