Job summary

TrustDecision is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Indonesia to own annual sales targets across banking, fintech, and telecoms. You will sell enterprise risk decisioning and AML software through multiple licensing models, building new logos and expanding existing accounts.

You will coordinate with presales, delivery, and customer success to manage the full lifecycle from contract to renewal, while developing local partnerships and a strong pipeline using MEDDIC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS, finance, or related field.
• Based in Jakarta with legal authorization to work in Indonesia.
• Fluent in Mandarin; English proficiency for business communication; Indonesian language a plus.
• Willingness to travel regionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Six to ten years of relevant B2B software sales experience.
• Experience selling software to financial services / fintech clients.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and quarterly sales targets for Indonesia accounts.
• Manage end-to-end lead-to-cash process including contract signing, invoicing and payments.
• Develop target accounts list and MEDDIC-based pipeline; provide rolling forecasts.
• Prospect senior stakeholders with consultative approach to fraud prevention and risk management.
• Drive land-and-expand strategy to grow product adoption across modules.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses and negotiate pricing and terms.
