Job summary

HAND Global Solutions is expanding its enterprise IT sales team in Jakarta. The role focuses on selling SAP/Oracle licenses and ERP solutions, coordinating with pre‑sales and delivery teams to tailor offerings for mining, plantations, manufacturing, and logistics clients in Indonesia.

You will manage a multi‑million USD pipeline, engage C‑level stakeholders, and drive negotiations toward closure while building long‑term client partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
• 3–6 years proven experience in enterprise ERP / IT solution sales.
• Hands‑on experience selling SAP or Oracle licenses & implementation services is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian enterprise tender & procurement process; capable of managing multi‑million‑USD software‑service deals independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end enterprise IT solution sales across Indonesia, covering SAP, Oracle ERP, cloud systems, licenses, implementation & consulting, and managed services.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and payment follow‑ups.
• Acquire new logos and manage existing accounts, identify upsell opportunities and manage long‑term relationships.
• Maintain healthy sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts & opportunity reports, and update CRM.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and partners to align solutions with business requirements.
