Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of dedicated eCommerce management experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• Strong background across Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Consumer Marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated focus on consumer/customer needs, strong strategic planning and priority-setting capabilities, and a track record of effective operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the eCommerce team and cross-functional departments to identify growth strategies for Indonesia.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of promotional activities and marketplace accounts across Indonesia.
• Partner with e-distributors and e-retailers in Indonesia to ensure flawless execution of strategic plans.
• Work with customers to establish Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with company and eCommerce channel strategies, and monitor monthly eCommerce performance.
