Job summary
AnyMind Group in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive growth across Indonesia, partnering with high-growth brands to scale digital storefronts through livestreaming and affiliate strategies. You will own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, manage a HubSpot pipeline, and deliver ROI-focused pitches using GMV and CTR data.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in BD in e-commerce enablers, agencies, or marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of Indonesia e-commerce, livestreaming, and affiliates.
- Excellent organization; zero onboarding drop-off.
- Data-driven and ROI-focused pitching.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end B2B sales cycle for high-growth and enterprise brands.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and forecast revenue with HubSpot.
- Deliver customized pitches using ROI-focused data.
- Advise clients on market trends and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless handoff to onboarding and drive long-term retention.
