Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with P&L, planning and forecasting.
• Experience with marketplace platforms and social commerce growth levers.
• Analytical thinker who translates insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a fast-paced, partner-led model.

Responsibilities

• Own Indonesia digital commerce P&L and performance.
• Develop annual business plans and forecasts with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Indonesia digital commerce.
• Lead market reviews, align priorities, and drive accountability.
