Job summary

SC Johnson Indonesia seeks a seasoned supply chain professional to connect Voice of Customer with Commercial, Customer Fulfillment, Demand, and Logistics operations. You will strengthen customer collaboration, improve service reliability, and drive cost-to-serve optimization.

Responsibilities include leading CPFR, aligning demand and inventory, and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations, 3PL management, logistics or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) and lean six sigma practices.
• Experience collaborating with commercial teams and customers on planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into customer and market strategies across collaboration, service, cost, and complexity.
• Lead CPFR and joint planning with commercial teams and key customers.
• Align demand, forecasts, promotions, replenishment and inventory requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous process improvements.
