Job summary

Ruijie Networks seeks a regional supply chain professional to own end-to-end local supply chain management in Indonesia. You will orchestrate S&OP, inventory turnover, inbound/outbound logistics, and customs clearance to ensure on-time project delivery and channel fulfillment for data communications equipment and related assets.

Qualifications

Experience in overseas supply chain, planning, or fulfillment roles.
Hands-on local supply chain experience in Indonesia is a plus.
Strong ability to run regional supply-demand plans and delivery closed loop.

Responsibilities

Own local order intake, inventory, and supplier coordination to ensure accurate book-to-physical inventory.
Manage regional S&OP planning, inventory turnover, and replenishment cycles to avoid stockouts or overstock.
Coordinate cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and delivery milestones for on-time project delivery.
Identify delivery risks and implement proactive mitigation plans with regional sales teams.
Produce regular reports on inventory, fulfillment rate, forecast bias, and delivery lead times.
