Job summary

SC Johnson Indonesia seeks a Supply Chain professional to connect the Voice of Customer with Commercial, Customer Fulfillment, Demand and Supply Planning, and Logistics, driving growth and enhanced service.

The role balances in-stock and service with inventory and cost, providing data-based recommendations, leading exception management, and aligning cross-functional actions across forecasts, replenishment, promotions, and product transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably SCM or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, 3PL Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Familiar with Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOT, etc.).
• Experience working Lean practices and Project Management.
• Preferably certified with Lean Six Sigma.
