Job summary

Kemin Industries Indonesia is seeking a sales-focused professional to promote and expand our biologics portfolio across Indonesia.

You will develop annual account plans, support distributors with technical guidance, and deliver product presentations, trainings, and visits to veterinarians and farm managers.

This role requires a veterinary degree, 3–5 years of livestock sales experience, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical and sales roles in livestock industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and selling skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Results-oriented, proactive, persistent and customer-focused.
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, innovation, development and commercialization of value-added propositions.
• Excellent distributor management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales revenue and profit targets of Kemin Biologics Indonesia every fiscal year.
• Develop and implement an annual account plan for sales in Indonesia.
• Support Kemin’s distributors, including technical and product guidance.
• Execute the Kemin’s strategic plans as it relates to the assigned area.
• Provide expert advice on product usage, disease prevention, and animal health to clients.
• Build trust with key decision-makers, veterinarians, and farm managers through regular visits.
• Lead product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for internal teams and external client/distributor.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to spot new business opportunities.
