You will leverage market insights and strong negotiation skills to close deals, manage proposals, and contribute to a high-performing sales team. This global role offers exposure to diverse markets and cross-border logistics opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in warehousing & distribution.
• Deep knowledge of 3PL services, freight management.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin or English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and customer service for seamless execution.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms while maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
