Job summary

Yayasan Hutan Tropis is seeking a seasoned regional leader to develop and operationalise the Indo-Pacific strategy, translating Earthworm Foundation’s mission into clear priorities and impactful action.

The role will build and lead strategic partnerships with governments, companies, civil society organisations, implementing partners, and donors to grow impact and funding; lead and develop the senior team; and ensure effective organisational and operational delivery across the region.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced and purpose-driven leader with at least 10 years of leadership experience.
• You may come from a multinational corporate, business, or international non-profit/NGO background, with strong experience in sustainability initiatives.
• You have proven experience developing strategic partnerships and business opportunities with governments, companies, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and operationalisation of the Indo-Pacific regional strategy.
• Build and lead strategic partnerships with governments, companies, civil society, donors and implementing partners.
• Lead and develop the senior team, fostering trust, transparency, collaboration and growth.
• Ensure effective organisational delivery including structure, prioritisation and oversight of admin, legal, IT, and financial processes.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership to strengthen Earthworm Foundation’s value and impact.
• Represent and strengthen Earthworm Foundation’s presence across the region.
