Job summary

Rainforest Alliance Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to lead the ACT! Accelerating Consumer Transformation and Sustainability in Indonesia project.

You will drive implementation, budgeting, and staff coordination to foster sustainable production in coffee, cocoa, tea, and palm oil within Bali and beyond. The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, strong English, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (post-graduation favourable).
• At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in project or program management.
• Experience leading internationally funded projects in sustainable consumption and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ACT! Project by integrating work plan and budgeting process.
• Oversee project staff, consultants and sub-contractors with clear roles and required resources.
• Manage project HR processes including recruitment per Rainforest Alliance policy.
• Lead narrative and financial reporting per project requirements.
• Develop and implement project strategy to improve sustainable consumption and production of targeted commodities.
• Coordinate with Ministries and government programs to align policies and opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to secure contributions to the project.
• Engage with Country Director Indonesia to identify opportunities for growth and funding.
