Job summary

Häfele Indonesia is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee inventory planning and supply chain operations. You will ensure product availability, maintain healthy inventory levels, and coordinate with Product Management, Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams to support growth and operational excellence.

Main duties include developing demand forecasts, monitoring stock levels and turnover, and preparing regular planning reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, purchasing or supply planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory planning strategies to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, slow-moving items, and stock turnover performance.
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and market demand to recommend replenishment plans.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure appropriate safety stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Prepare regular inventory, supply planning, and forecasting reports for management.
• Support cross-functional projects related to supply chain optimization and business growth.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues and ensure service continuity.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Develop demand forecasts and inventory planning strategies to ensure optimum stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock aging, slow-moving items, and stock turnover performance.

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting methodologies.
