Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Inventory & Inbound Specialist to manage end-to-end inbound processes, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate stock levels. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across procurement, operations, and finance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and experience with WMS/ERP systems, with willingness to travel to operational sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Strong inbound ops and inventory management knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with pivot tables.
• Experience with WMS/ERP is a plus.
• Able to travel to sites when required.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent communication with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to leverage AI tools for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound deliveries from vendors to ensure on-time arrival and correct quantities.
• Manage end-to-end inbound process: PO/SPK verification, scheduling, receiving, QC, put-away, and system recording.
• Match received goods against PO, DO, and invoice; follow up on discrepancies.
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile physical vs system stock.
• Prepare inbound reports and dashboards covering volume, lead time, and stock levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance and vendors on replenishment and issues.
• Analyze inbound data to identify bottlenecks and improve stock availability and receiving efficiency.
• Support process improvement and automation for inbound/inventory management.
