Job summary

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate stock and efficient receiving processes.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, experience with WMS/ERP systems, and a willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Strong knowledge of inbound operations and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is a plus.
• Willing to travel to operational sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inbound deliveries from vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely arrival and correct quantities.
• Manage end-to-end inbound process: PO/SPK verification, delivery scheduling, receiving, quality checks, put-away, and system recording.
• Match received goods against PO, delivery order, and invoice; resolve discrepancies.
• Run regular stock counts and reconcile physical vs system stock to keep records accurate.
• Prepare and maintain inbound reports and dashboards covering inbound volume and stock levels.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and vendors on replenishment planning and issue resolution.
• Analyze inbound and inventory data to identify bottlenecks and improve stock availability and receiving efficiency.
• Support process improvement and automation to enhance inbound and inventory management.
