Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Asset Management (Warehouse) Lead to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

You will lead a team, ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and timely deliveries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast workload and optimize processes.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to improve efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping and receiving.
• Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift operating license.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound receiving, storage, and outbound distribution.
• Plan and monitor shipping and receiving schedules.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure deadlines.
• Forecast workload demand and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Enforce warehouse policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory with regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage staffing levels.
• Support hiring, training, and employee development.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
