Job summary

PT Mitra Bali Sukses (Mie Gacoan) Bali is seeking a Store Operations Auditor to conduct routine audits, evaluate performance, layout adherence, customer service, and SOP compliance across branches.

The role collaborates with store managers to identify bottlenecks, develop actionable improvement plans, standardize guidelines and visual merchandising, and monitor KPIs after implementation. Travel to stores is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 2–3 years in store operations, retail management, QA, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and SOP auditing.
• Proficient in data analysis and store performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership; cross-functional collaboration.
• Willing to travel to store locations.

Job description

Store Operational Audit & Analysis: Conduct routine store audits to evaluate operational performance, layout adherence, customer service standards, and compliance with company SOPs.

Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, loss areas, and inefficiencies within store operations, developing actionable improvement plans.

Standardization & Rollout: Collaborate with store managers and Sales Retail Operations to implement standardized guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and service enhancements across all branches.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) post-implementation to measure the effectiveness of operational store improvements.

Training & Alignment: Provide training, guidance, and support to store personnel to ensure smooth transition and execution of new operational initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Store Operations, Retail Management, Quality Assurance, or Process Improvement within the retail industry.

Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of retail store operations, layout design, visual merchandising, and SOP auditing.

Proficiency in data analysis and store performance metrics.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional retail teams.

Willingness to travel to store locations as required.
