Job summary

PT Lucky Rigi Food Indonesia seeks an on-site Operations Optimization Analyst to observe store, warehouse, and kitchen processes and implement standardized workflows. You will drive efficiency across purchasing, distribution, and inventory while maintaining master data and system integrations.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, and Finance to tailor ERP/POS/WMS solutions, train staff, and monitor outcomes, translating operational insights into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year of experience in B2B product design, product implementation, business process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience in F&B, retail, supply chain, warehouse, or inventory management
• Native Indonesian, with fluent English communication skills. Fluent Mandarin will be plus point
• Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, with the ability to identify issues from operational data.
• Comfortable working on-site frequently in stores, warehouses, and kitchens.
• Strong problem-solving and process-mapping skills.
• Able to translate operational problems into clear system requirements and standardized processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
• Able to train users and communicate new systems or processes clearly.
• Experience with ERP, POS, WMS, inventory management, or other business systems.
• Experience with SQL, Figma, Miro, or other process/product design tools.
• Experience in system implementation, UAT, process mapping, or business requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on-site in stores, warehouses, and kitchens to understand actual operational processes and identify gaps.

• Turn complex or inconsistent workflows into clear, standardized, and measurable operating procedures.
• Own and maintain master data, including products, raw materials, units of measurement, recipes, and product cost cards.
• Assess existing systems and workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose practical improvements.
• Lead the selection, evaluation, and implementation of third-party systems, such as ERP, POS, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
• Develop product and process requirements based on actual business and operational needs.
• Train store, warehouse, kitchen, and relevant back-office employees on new systems, processes, and standards.
• Collect feedback from users and continuously improve systems and workflows based on operational data and user feedback.
• Monitor implementation results and prepare reports or recommendations for management.
• Ensure that operational standards and system processes are consistently implemented across locations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse, Kitchen, IT, and Management teams to improve overall operational efficiency.
