Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import/export customs clearance.
• Prepare and submit PIB/PEB via CEISA 4.0.
• Verify HS codes, valuations, duties, taxes, and Lartas.
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, permits, and other documents.
• Coordinate inspections and clearance procedures with relevant parties.
• Ensure customs compliance and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Stay updated on customs regulations and CEISA procedures.

Job description

Join Rise Again Logistic Indonesia as our Senior Customs Clearance Specialist and become a key contributor to our international freight forwarding operations. Candidates must hold a valid Customs Certificate / PPJK certification and have hands-on experience handling customs clearance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end import/export customs clearance, including independently preparing and submitting PIB/PEB via CEISA 4.0.

Verify HS Codes, customs valuation, duties/taxes, Lartas, and regulatory requirements.

Manage and review commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, permits, quarantine, and other supporting documents.

Coordinate customs inspections and clearance procedures with Customs, government agencies, terminals, airlines/shipping lines, warehouses, trucking, agents, customers, and internal teams.

Ensure customs compliance, identify risks, and take corrective actions.

Stay updated on customs regulations, CEISA procedures, and import/export requirements.

International air freight forwarding experience strongly preferred.

Key Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Customs Expert / PPJK certification and have hands-on experience handling customs clearance processes, candidates without this certification will not be considered.

Proficient in English both oral and written are mandatory.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in customs clearance & air forwarding including direct preparation and submission of import and export customs declarations.
