Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a detail-focused Import Export Staff to draft PIBs and manage end-to-end documentation in a fast-paced setting. You will handle data entry, declarations, and coordination with forwarders for timely clearance.

The role requires CIESA proficiency, MS Excel/Word, and a PPJK certificate is advantageous; English fluency is essential for communication and interviews. Initial 3-month probation with basic salary plus allowance; paid overtime, THR, and red pocket benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations.
• Proficient in operating the CIESA customs system; PPJK certificate is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for interview and daily office communication.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Deep understanding of customs clearance, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are looking for a detailed-oriented Import Export Staff specializing in PIB drafting and documentation. In this role, you will handle data entry, process customs declarations, and manage end-to-end import/export documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and process PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and other customs declarations using the CIESA system.

Prepare, verify, and manage export-import documentation including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and vendor invoices.

Perform accurate data input and maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets for all shipments.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance.

Handle administrative logistics workflows with a high degree of precision.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations.

Proficient in operating the CIESA customs system; holding a PPJK certificate is a strong advantage.

Fluency in English is required (spoken, written, and reading comprehension) as the interview process and daily office communication are conducted in English.
