Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a detail-focused Import Export Staff to draft PIBs and manage end-to-end documentation in a fast-paced setting. You will handle data entry, declarations, and coordination with forwarders for timely clearance.

The role requires CIESA proficiency, MS Excel/Word, and a PPJK certificate is advantageous; English fluency is essential for communication and interviews. Initial 3-month probation with basic salary plus allowance; paid overtime, THR, and red pocket benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics operations.
• Proficient in operating the CIESA customs system; PPJK certificate is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required for interview and daily office communication.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Deep understanding of customs clearance, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and process PIB and other customs declarations using CIESA.
• Prepare, verify, and manage export-import documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and vendor invoices.
• Perform accurate data input and maintain detailed Excel tracking sheets for all shipments.
• Coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for timely clearance.
• Handle administrative logistics workflows with high precision.
