Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates with 2 years' experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of international trade regulations and import procedures.
• Ability to prepare, review, verify, and maintain import documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute import documentation processes, including preparation, review, verification, and filing of import-related documents.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of import documents with applicable international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.
• Review and verify import documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, certificates of origin, customs documents, and other supporting documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of import shipments and documentation.
• Monitor the status and progress of import shipments and related documentation and follow up on outstanding documents or issues.
• Support the preparation and submission of documents required for customs clearance and import activities.
