Job summary

PT JASA ASIA JAYA LOGISTIK is seeking an Import Document Staff (Specialist SLIM & CEISA 4.0) to manage export/import document flow, data entry, submission, and monitoring in the system, while maintaining smooth liaison with Customs and CEISA 4.0.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting, Transportation management, Logistics or related fields; 2–3 years in Customs clearance or freight/logistics; proficient in MS Excel; able to communicate in English (Mandarin a plus); Jakarta Utara

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Transportation management, Logistics, or related fields of Export-Import.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Export-Import, Freight Forwarders or Logistics.
• Able to apply SLIM and CEISA 4.0 systems.
• Understanding of export/import, customs, data entry, document submission and status monitoring in the system.

Responsibilities

• Manage export/import document flow and data entry in the system.
• Submit documents and monitor status; ensure timely processing.
• Maintain correspondence with Customs Office and CEISA 4.0.
• Understand procedures for Export-Import, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance & Purchasing.

Import Document Staff (Specialist SLIM & CEISA 4.0)

• Minimum education Diploma/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Accounting, Transportation management, Logistic, or other related fields of Export-Import


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Customs Clearance, Export-Import, Freight Forwarders or Logistics


• Able to apply the SLIM application and CEISA 4.0


• Understands the process of document flow (export, import, customs), data entry, document submission, monitoring, and status check in the system


• Able to maintain the correspondence with the Customs Office and CEISA 4.0


• Understands the procedures for Export-Import, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance & Purchasing


• Do multitasking, detail and target oriented, working in under pressure

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Proficient in Ms. Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/SUMIF, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting), Word, Outlook (intermediate to advanced level)


• Capable of communicating in English (Mandarin language is a plus)
